How we run the spa

We appreciate that you have chosen us for your massage and wellness needs. To provide the best service possible, we work to the policies below.

Booking and arrival

Call booking: For bookings made by phone we require credit card details. A no-show is charged $40.
Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment so you get your full time. If you are running late, call us. We will do our best to accommodate you, but the full amount will be charged and the full session time cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellations: We require 24 hours' notice to cancel, otherwise a flat $40 cancellation fee applies.
Session times: Your session time includes undressing and redressing, as well as the consultation with your therapist.

Dressing and undressing: Please wear comfortable clothes. Undress to your own comfort level before the session starts. Robes and slippers are provided when using the sauna or shower.
During your session: Tell us about the room temperature, the music volume, the massage pressure, anything. We would far rather adjust than have you endure it.
Spa environment: Out of consideration for you and other guests, please turn off phones and speak softly inside the spa.
Jewelry and valuables: Please remove jewelry and leave valuables at home. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Payment: We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. A valid credit card must be on file to reserve an appointment.
Gift cards: Gift cards can only be used at the studio where they were purchased. They are non-refundable, have no cash value, and unless stated do not include gratuity. Gift cards must be presented at the time of the appointment, otherwise the full session amount is due.
Packages: Package sessions are non-refundable and do not include gratuity. Package sessions can be shared.
Memberships: Member sessions are non-refundable and do not include gratuity. Sessions cannot be split to pay for upgrades. If payment declines for the month, accumulated sessions expire and upcoming appointments are cancelled until updated payment information is received, with a two-day grace period to provide it.
