About
A small Vietnamese spa on Grant Road
Saigon Spa is a Vietnamese-run day spa at 2055 Grant Road in Los Altos, California. Our therapists are trained in Swedish, hot stone and deep tissue massage, full body scrub and body polish, and we are open seven days a week.
Our Vietnamese roots
Named for Saigon
Saigon, officially Ho Chi Minh City, is the largest city in Vietnam, and it gives the spa its name. Saigon Spa is Vietnamese-run, and our therapists are trained in Swedish, hot stone and deep tissue massage, full body scrub and body polish.
If you came looking for a Vietnamese massage near Los Altos, the team who looks after you here is Vietnamese, on every treatment on the menu.
We do not list a separate Vietnamese massage. The treatment that carries our name is the Saigon Signature: Swedish massage worked through with warm stones, and our specialty.
Vietnamese and Thai massage are not the same
The two are often searched for together. Thai massage is typically done on a mat with the guest clothed, and adds assisted stretching and compression through the limbs.
Saigon Spa does not offer Thai massage. Our treatments are table massage with oil. If you would like some stretching worked into your session, mention it to your therapist at the start.
Who we are
Saigon Spa takes its name from Saigon, the largest city in Vietnam. It is a small, independent day spa rather than a chain.
Our therapists are trained in Swedish massage, hot stone massage and deep tissue massage, full body scrub and body polish.
Where we are
We are on Grant Road at the southeastern edge of Los Altos, which puts us closer to Cupertino, west Sunnyvale and south Mountain View than to downtown Los Altos. Grant Road runs up to El Camino Real in Mountain View past the El Camino Hospital campus; Homestead Road brings you across from Sunnyvale and Cupertino.
Palo Alto, Santa Clara, Saratoga and San Jose are all within a manageable drive.
How we work
Every service starts with a short conversation about what you want from the hour, and you set the pressure. Saying that something is too firm, too warm or too quiet is not an interruption; it is the only way we get the session right.
Massage at Saigon Spa is relaxation and wellness. We do not offer medical treatment, and we do not make claims about curing anything.
