A body polish at Saigon Spa combines a full body scrub with a Swedish massage in a single appointment, in 60 or 90 minutes. The scrub exfoliates, the massage follows, and skin is left smooth and moisturized. It is the longer of our two skin treatments.

Polish or scrub?
A body scrub is exfoliation on its own. A body polish is that same scrub followed by a Swedish massage, which is why it takes longer and costs more.
If you want smoother skin and nothing else, book the scrub. If you want the massage as well and would rather not book two appointments, book the polish.

How to time it
Skin is at its best a day or two after exfoliation rather than an hour after, so if you are booking for an event, aim for two days before rather than the morning of.
It is worth leaving the fresh shave until afterwards too, and going easy on sun exposure for a day.
