Privacy Policy

When you send us a message, we receive what you enter in the contact form: your first and last name, email address, phone number and message, and whether you agreed to receive text messages.

When you call or email us, we receive the details you share in that conversation.

Appointments, gift cards and memberships are booked through Booker, our online booking provider. Information you give there is handled under Booker's own privacy policy.

Like most websites, our hosting provider receives the technical details every browser sends, such as your IP address and browser type. We may use analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to understand how the site is used; these tools use cookies, which you can block in your browser settings.

We use your information to reply to your message, to arrange and manage appointments, and, if you agreed, to send you text messages about your inquiry and appointments. We do not sell your personal information.

Agreeing to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of any purchase. If you agree, we may send messages related to your inquiry, such as appointment reminders, service updates and account notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also call us on (650) 488-9999.

We do not share your mobile number or your text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Saigon Spa runs this website, its contact form and its text messages. We share information only with the service providers that support them on our behalf: our hosting provider, the platform that delivers our contact form and messages, Booker for bookings, and Google for maps and reviews. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to you, to provide our services and to keep the records we are required to keep.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing booking@saigon-spa.com or calling (650) 488-9999.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
